So how can you unblock sites with Hosts file?It’s actually easy but you should gather some informations for targetted url. Blocked sites are generally blocked with their first IP numbers via Internet Providers. All you have to do find an alternative IP number of this site. If you find alternative IP address of site You should go to edit Hosts file with Notepad.
When you open to Hosts file, you are going to see a few writings there. Don’t touch it and go to bottom of page. Add alternative IP address of site and leave a blank. Then add the page url. (eg: 123.234.234.345 www.google.com) Save to file and close it. Reboot your computer and all set. Now you will able to connect blocked site!
