Usage of Hosts File and Settings for Entering Blocked Sites
Hosts is a file which redirects you to some IP on Interner. This file is generally on Windows file and it’s easy to use. You can edit this file with Notepad and Wordpad. All you have to do is entering blocked url on Hosts file and entering alternative IP adress of site.

Where It's?
Hosts file are generally in just in Windows file on Windows 95, 98 and Me, c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc in Windows 7 and XP, /etc file in Linux and /private/etc in Mac OS X.
